This is Bachmann 66002 HO NS Heritage SD70ACe Erie #1068/DCC Sound. EMD SD70ACe with Sound and DCC, Heritage Editions, Norfolk Southern #1068 (Erie Heritage scheme, 2-tone green). In order to meet the stricter diesel locomotive emissions standards imposed by the EPA Tier II regulations, EMD modified the SD70MAC and created the SD70ACe.
