The N Scale One-Sided Suburban Platform DX Set is an easy-to-build kit for a modern-era passenger station platform with high-level platforms. Based on typical outside-of-track platforms used worldwide, it makes a great addition to any 1970s and later commuter or urban passenger train line.
The kit includes a pair of intermediate platform sections complete with seats, Japanese language signs (easily swapped for signs of your choice), under-platform stairway entrance and corrugated canopies. It also includes one each left and right platform end sections. All platform sections snap together with Unitrack-style Unijoiners for easy placement on your layout.
The intermediate sections have built-in electrical contacts and provisions for adding the KAT23-000 Suburban Platform DX Lighting Kit (sold separately). The One-Sided Suburban Platform is easily lengthened by combining multiple kits.
