Again and again it happens that consumers should be supplied with a DC voltage source.
A good example of this is the LED.
This is usually simply connected to the transformer with a series resistor. However, when an AC voltage transformer is connected, it flickers.
Motors and DC consumers can be operated with the LoDi rectifier via a conventional model railway transformer.
The LoDi rectifier has a total output power of 3.4 amps. We also have a 1.3 amp version.
The output of the LoDi rectifier is short-circuit proof and fully stabilized.
