The DiMAX PC module allows you to update the MZS-III Central Stations, Massoth decoders and DiMAX bus devices without the DiMAX Central Station. In addition, it is possible to read and program CV values of decoders with our PC-Program. With the new Fast Update slot, SoundDecoders of the latest generation can do the soundupdate in a much shorter time.
Functionality:
The DiMAX PC module allows you to easily update your digital components with a PC. All required cables are included. Easy connection and operation make an update really easy. Only an external voltage source and a PC with USB interface is required. The PC is connected to the PC module. Then you can simply update your Massoth decoder or your DiMAX bus devices. Of course, the PC module itself can be updated.
Software & Drivers:
With the Massoth Service Tool (MST for short, included with the PC module as USB stick) the firmware of the PC module and all known Massoth products can be updated. The current documentation for the MST can be found at 8175901 Massoth Service Stick. Windows automatically detects the PC module. If this is not the case, or after an automatic Windows update does not work properly, please use the FTDI driver from this product page.
