The kit is based on a Victorian era Gothic House of the late 1800's. It is made of precision laser cut bass wood, and fiber board materials. It includes cast metal chimneys, peel and stick windows and trim, plus laser cut window glazing. The roof is covered by laser cut, peel and stick, saw tooth and simulated cedar shake shingles. All you need to do is choose Ellie's paint scheme and use wood glue for assembly.
