HO Hawker Siddeley RT-85 Mexico Coach: Ferronales (FNM): #4619
Ferrocarriles Nacionales de México (NdeM) purchased a major order of aluminum passenger coaches from Hawker Siddeley Canada in the late 1970s. These included first-class and second-class cars built on the design platform of Canadian National’s “Tempo” intercity coaches. These cars could be found on essentially all NdeM passenger services up until the late 1990s when passenger services finally ended. They were often mixed with any type of rolling stock the railroads rostered. Thus creating some colorful consists!
The FNM, NdeM, Algoma Central and QIT cars are a conditional announcement based on
the number of orders we receive by the January 27, 2027 order deadline. Reserve yours
