The Rapido Trains HO Scale Procor GP20 20,000-Gallon Tank Car is based on tank cars built from 69 through 1984, so it'll look at home in your 1970s through 2020s freight consists. In the 1960s, Procor assembled their own engineering department and crafted a series of standard design tank cars which paved the way for a new generation of equipment, with many modern designs reflecting this new standard.
The Rapido Trains cars are accurately scaled from prototype blueprints and field measurements and feature photo-etched metal walkways, detailed vent stacks, loading hatches, air tanks and braking equipment. Cars come equipped with Rapido metal semi-scale knuckle couplers mounted at the correct height as well as era/scheme appropriate trucks. The cars are accurately decorated and are available individually and in multiple-car packs with multiple roadnumbers. The Procor GP20 Tank Cars are part of the line of Rapido Trains HO Scale freight cars and containers.
