The MotorMan communicates over the LocoNet® compatible Simple Serial Bus to other LocoNet® compatible devices and operates with layout control software such as JMRI and RR&Co. via the LocoBuffer-USB, or else it connects directly to the DCC bus as an accessory decoder.
