Scalecoat I Railroad Restoration Paint is a solvent-based enamel that is designed for use on metal and wood. Restoration colors are matched to original tinplate colors used by Lionel, Ives and other toy train makers. Not recommended for use on plastics. All Scalecoat paints dry with a gloss finish unless specified.
