Conrail N7D “Blue Repaint 6-1976” w/ Interior Lights and Lit Marker Light Boxes replicates the early Conrail repaints. These feature the full-length CR logo along the body and high CONRAIL roadname in the top right corner. CR fans will immediately recognize the paint shop – these cabooses were repainted by the former EL Meadville, PA Shop (that’s the MDV 6-76 down on the sill!). Meadville had its own distinctive way of painting and stenciling railcars and cabooses, and they did not disappoint with these early Conrail repaints.
