Norfolk & Western (NW) “Red Repaint 1982+” is the final paint scheme to be applied to the ITC St. Louis Car Co. caboose fleet. The NW took over operations of the ITC in 1981 and refurbished several of the ITC cabooses in 1982 for local and transfer service.
