Wisconsin Central WC “Ex-Milwaukee Restencil 1987+” throws a little bit of love to the early days of the Wisconsin Central. The WC startup freight car fleet was a rag-tag group of patched cars. Our WC model features the patches and reweigh data of a 20-year-old MILW car, including MILW 1980s data and the new WC reporting marks for its new owner.
