Great Northern (GN) “Delivery Gray 2-1960” shows off the classic Great Northern slanted lettering with the red and black “rocky” logo, across a gray-painted body – the correct color of course. Stenciled “For Food Products Only” these cars served the GN systemwide, as well as successor BN hauling all sorts of commodities, including grains, sand, and fertilizers.
