The support panels are made of extruded foam and designed to use as a strong, but lightweight terrain understructure. This can be cut easily with a hot wire foam cutter (ST1435), foam knife (ST1433), scissors or hobby knife. Cover with no newspaper (C1188) and plaster cloth. Just the right width to use with Road Riser (C1181) to make an elevated road base.
